Jon Ward is a finance and investor relations professional with extensive experience across the mining and business services sectors. He currently leads Corcel Exploration as Chief Executive Officer and Director, bringing a strong background in capital markets and corporate development. Prior to Corcel, Jon was Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Inventa Capital and Vizsla Silver, and also served as VP Corporate Development for Targa Exploration. He holds a Bachelor of Business with extended majors in Funds Management, Professional Accounting, and Banking from Queensland University of Technology.

Grant Tanaka
CFO
Grant brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience in the mining industry. Grant is the Chief Financial Officer of Vizsla Royalties Corp. and Vizsla Copper Corp. and was a Director, Finance Operations, of Ma’aden Gold & Base Metals Co. Prior to this, he held senior financial positions at Teck Resources Limited, New Gold Inc., Copper Mountain Mining Corporation, and Bisha Mining Share Company, an operating subsidiary of Nevsun Resources Ltd. He has experience at both the corporate and operational levels, having worked throughout North America, Africa and the Middle East in gold, base metals and coal operations.

Lee Beasley

Vice President of Exploration
Lee Beasley is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 20 years of experience in the exploration of porphyry, VMS, epithermal, sediment-hosted, and intrusion-related systems. He has led exploration teams and managed projects from grassroots prospecting to advanced drilling across a wide range of geological environments and commodities. Throughout his career, he has held senior technical and leadership roles with SSR Mining, K2 Gold, Blackwolf Copper and Gold, and Piedmont Lithium. He holds both a BSc and an MSc in Geological Science from Auburn University.

Dr. Jesus Velador
Director
Dr. Jesus Velador brings over 25 years of exploration experience, specializing in epithermal, skarn, replacement, and porphyry deposits. He currently serves as VP Exploration at Vizsla Silver and has previously held senior geological roles with Fortuna Silver and First Majestic Silver, where he was Director of Exploration. Dr. Velador earned a Doctorate focused on epithermal systems from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a Geological Engineering degree from the University of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Thy Truong
Director
Thy Truong is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than ten years of experience in public accounting and the mining industry. Ms. Truong. currently serves as Director of FP&A, Tax, and Internal Controls at Vizsla Silver Corp. and CFO of Tarachi Gold Corp., where she supports financial planning, governance, and day-to-day decision-making across the organizations. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver and was a part of the Global Scholar Program (Academic Honours).

A seasoned business administrator with over 20 years of experience, Rosana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has built her career in the information technology department, working for international public companies. Her expertise spans governance, demand management, process review, and budget control. Since 2012, she has focused her career on governance, developing deep specialization in the field.
For the past nine years, she served as Corporate Secretary for Orogen Royalties Inc., a Canadian publicly listed venture company. Rosana is a Chartered Governance Professional and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada

Dr. Roy Greig is a professional geoscientist with more than 15 years of experience in mineral exploration, particularly in porphyry copper systems. He has worked on exploration programs across diverse jurisdictions, including Alaska, Yukon, British Columbia, Ontario, Arizona, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Eritrea. Roy previously served as Vice President Exploration at Amarc Resources, where he directed large-scale exploration projects across BC. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona focused on the Laramide porphyry copper province.

Stanley Keith is a respected geologist with a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Arizona. He is the co-founder of MagmaChem Exploration and brings decades of experience in mineral and oil exploration. A former geologist with the Arizona Geological Survey, Stan specializes in the study of mineral deposits and associated igneous rocks and has authored numerous technical papers and presented widely at industry conferences.

Dr. Chris Leslie is an economic geologist with over 15 years of mineral exploration experience, primarily in the discovery and advancement of gold deposits. He was a key contributor to the discovery of the 11.7 million ounce Blackwater Gold deposit in central British Columbia. Chris holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from CODES at the University of Tasmania, an M.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia, and is a registered Professional Geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
