He currently leads Corcel Exploration as Chief Executive Officer and Director, bringing a strong background in capital markets and corporate development. Prior to Corcel, Jon was Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Inventa Capital and Vizsla Silver, and also served as VP Corporate Development for Targa Exploration. He holds a Bachelor of Business with extended majors in Funds Management, Professional Accounting, and Banking from Queensland University of Technology.

Kyle Nazareth is a finance executive with more than 10 years of experience managing public companies, advising on capital markets transactions, and providing strategic financial oversight. He is currently the CFO of Branson Corporate Services, a Toronto-based firm, and has served on the board of several resource companies. His background includes corporate governance, financial reporting, and investor relations within the resource sector.

Lee Beasley

Vice President of Exploration
Lee Beasley is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 20 years of experience in the exploration of porphyry, VMS, epithermal, sediment-hosted, and intrusion-related systems. He has led exploration teams and managed projects from grassroots prospecting to advanced drilling across a wide range of geological environments and commodities. Throughout his career, he has held senior technical and leadership roles with SSR Mining, K2 Gold, Blackwolf Copper and Gold, and Piedmont Lithium. He holds both a BSc and an MSc in Geological Science from Auburn University.

Director
Oliver Friesen is a seasoned geologist with over a decade of experience in both the mining and oil and gas industries. He currently serves as the CEO and Director of Guardian Metal Resources and was previously the CEO of Gold Lion Resources, a Vancouver-based gold exploration company with projects in Idaho, USA. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Sedimentology from Simon Fraser University.

Dr. Jesus Velador

Dr. Jesus Velador brings over 25 years of exploration experience, specializing in epithermal, skarn, replacement, and porphyry deposits. He currently serves as VP Exploration at Vizsla Silver and has previously held senior geological roles with Fortuna Silver and First Majestic Silver, where he was Director of Exploration. Dr. Velador earned a Doctorate focused on epithermal systems from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a Geological Engineering degree from the University of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Roy previously served as Vice President Exploration at Amarc Resources, where he directed large-scale exploration projects across BC. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona focused on the Laramide porphyry copper province.

Stanley Keith is a respected geologist with a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Arizona. He is the co-founder of MagmaChem Exploration and brings decades of experience in mineral and oil exploration. A former geologist with the Arizona Geological Survey, Stan specializes in the study of mineral deposits and associated igneous rocks and has authored numerous technical papers and presented widely at industry conferences.

Dr. Chris Leslie is an economic geologist with over 15 years of mineral exploration experience, primarily in the discovery and advancement of gold deposits. He was a key contributor to the discovery of the 11.7 million ounce Blackwater Gold deposit in central British Columbia. Chris holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from CODES at the University of Tasmania, an M.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia, and is a registered Professional Geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
